Christine brings several years serving in the mental health field working with children, youth, adults and families. She has worked in non-profit organizations, the Ministry of Children and Family Development, alongside a variety of community professionals supporting those that have experienced complex trauma, have struggled with life transitions, depression, anxiety, relational issues, grief and more. Christine draws from an intersectional, holistic and trauma-informed lens that allows individuals to be seen from the many facets of their lives.
She embraces working in a collaborative, client-centered and relational approach where individuals are able to express, process and explore their life experiences. Some theoretical approaches include CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness practices and more.
Christine values this space to bring more self awareness, unpack challenges while honouring your strengths and ultimately validating your human experience. With gratitude, Christine recognizes that she is a settler that lives and works on the territories of the Kwantlen, Semiahmoo and Tsawwassen First Nations.
