She also has significant trial experience at the Supreme Court of British Columbia. In 2022, Dana single-handedly ran and won an 8-day Supreme Court trial on the complicated issue of international child relocation in her second year as a lawyer.

Her experience dealing with various estate disputes, including wills variation, contested spousal status, undue influence, unjust enrichment, and trust matters make her a top choice. During the Summer of 2020, Dana acted as second chair on two successful Supreme Court estate litigation trials. She has been growing her practice in this area ever since.
