Fiona Beveridge has over 20 years of experience as a family lawyer in Vancouver. She works closely with clients to develop personalized strategies.
Her family law practice focusses on out-of-court settlement, including Collaborative Family Law, Mediation, and out-of-court negotiation. She is a member of the BC Collaborative Roster Society.
Fiona is a certified Parenting Coordinator and member of the BC Parenting Coordination Roster Society board of directors. She assists divorced or separated parents with communication, consensus-building, and decision-making around parenting issues.
With extensive experience in child protection, Fiona acts as counsel for parents dealing with the Ministry of Children and Family Development, and for children in the care of MCFD. She is on the B.C. Hear the Child Society’s roster of trained neutral child interviewers, providing reports that allow the views of children to be considered in mediation or court cases.
Fiona is kept busy outside of work running after her young twins.
