I am a trained collaborative law professional, as well as an experienced family lawyer and mediator, fully accredited by the Law Society of BC. I strongly believe the restructuring of families is generally best addressed out of court in non-adversarial processes and the formal Collaborative Divorce process results in the healthiest and most enduring outcomes for families and children. I offer negotiation, representation, and mediation services on a wide range of family law issues and draft cohabitation, marriage, and separation agreements, often through the Collaborative process. I understand cost can be a barrier to accessing a lawyer and offer reduced fees on a sliding scale when possible.
